Phone Support Changes

Beginning today, when you call Firefly at (816) 558-0123, you will notice that we have a new system for answering your calls. Between 8AM and 5PM, if you need to talk to a support analyst, simply Press 1 at the prompt that picks up when you call. This will ring all available phones insuring that you receive help quickly. With the new system, we can also transfer calls between representatives, whether they be in St. Joseph or Kansas City, making sure that you talk to the person assigned to your case as quickly as possible. After hours, you can Press 1 to leave a message for us to call you back, or for emergencies, you can Press 2 to reach the on-call analyst. Those of you that follow us on Facebook may already know this, but we are excited to welcome Eric Furr to the Firefly team. He began working with us on May 23rd. He will specialize in phone technical support, onsite troubleshooting, and data cabling needs within your home or business.

Paying Your Invoice

As you may have noticed, a new option has been added to our invoicing system to allow you to pay your invoice via Credit Card. We’ve had this option in another form for a while but it required paying via PayPal which was sometimes difficult to setup and use. We have partnered with to accept credit cards directly from the invoices with no sign-up necessary. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Feel free to try it out today! We can also setup your monthly invoice for things like offsite backup and spam filtering to be automatically deducted from your credit card of choice.
